It was so terrible what happened to Frieda
having her yoni magik pierced and violated like that.
but what a blessing it eventually turned out to be

it is etihcally unacceptable not even 2 think that frida was not bitter and, pissed off read up on mexcain history, pain makes u so pissed u fight for relief /for u and for others/,,, like death ,one day pain wins and u die...living right is more than nice words

Letting go of the fear, hate, anger keeps you alive and living. Holding onto it is like having a chain around your leg and you always wear it and it keeps you a slave, keeps your anger, your hate, etc. Only by truly forgivining and letting go can you truly be free. This doesn't mean forget, it means to let it go so you can live your life, be who you are. Some things help us become stronger or aids us in finding our path or direction in life.
If we live in hate, anger because someone did something to us, then all you are doing is reliving that moment over and over and over again each day or moment in your life. Don't you get tired of the hate, hurt, anger, etc? I did, and then I learned to forgive not only others, my self as well.
Loving one another Unconditionally is the highest gift we can give to one another.
