Hey, faeries.

My partner Harlan and I are coming to the California Bay Area this fall, and we are trying to find a place to stay through the winter.

Most important is that we find a place to stay for little or no rent -- we're in the middle of a big transition in our lives, and we're looking for some time and space to figure out what comes next for us. We are very happy to discuss things like work trade, non-monetary exchanges, caretaking/house-sitting situations, and the like. We are not at all picky about amenities, and don't mind considering any sort of unusual situation. Hoping to be close to the urb, but willing to think about rural locales too.

We are hoping to find a place to stay through the end of the winter, but really, we're interested to hear about anything people might have to offer. I think that we're both pretty awesome (but that's my take), and could truly use some help in the next few months in order to gather ourselves for lives of being more in service to our community and our planet. There are a number of people who could act as character refs for us if you don't know us personally -- just ask.
